Honey Whipped Feta with Roasted Olives
RECIPE:
đź«’ Roasted olives:
- 1 pouch of Freestyle Snacks Lemon Garlic Olives- 1 pouch of Freestyle Snacks Hot & Spicy Olives
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 red onion
- Additional herbs of choice (we added some Rosemary & Oregano for fun)Â
Spread evenly across baking sheet and roast in oven at 425 degrees for 20 mins
🍯 Honey Whipped Feta:
In a food processor ~
- 8 oz block of Feta Cheese- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Honey
Top with roasted pine nuts and salt & pepper to taste!
