Picnic Style Brie & Prosciutto Sandwich

This delicious sandwich will take your lunchtime game to the next level. The flavors perfectly combine for ultimate savory satisfaction.

  • 1/2 package Freestyle Snacks Lemon Garlic Green Olives, halved
  • Ciabatta Bread, enough for 2 large sandwiches
  • 2-3 oz. Prosciutto
  • 2-3 oz. Spicy Salami
  • 4 oz. Brie, sliced thinly
  • 1-2 cups Arugula
  • Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette (recipe below)

For the Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette:

  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Fig Preserves
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Basil Leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste


  1. To make the fig balsamic vinaigrette, simply whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Slice the ciabatta bread down the center.
  3. On the bottom slice, add a generous drizzle of the fig balsamic vinaigrette. If needed, brush the vinaigrette to evenly distribute on the bread.
  4. Add a layer of the halved green olives.
  5. Add a single layer of the salami, then a single layer of the prosciutto.
  6. Add a single layer of the brie, top with the fresh arugula, then drizzle once again with the fig balsamic vinaigrette. Add the top slice of bread, pressing down gently.
  7. If using a single loaf of ciabatta, slice into individual sandwiches.
  8. Enjoy!
