INGREDIENTS
- 1–2 packs Freestyle Snacks Lemon Garlic Green Olives
- 6 oz feta
- Olive oil
- Za’atar seasoning
- Lemon (zest and juice)
- 4 pieces of pita bread
HOW TO FREESTYLE IT
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Roughly chop olives, sauté with za’atar seasoning for 3 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Blend feta, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp water, lemon zest, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a food processor. Add more oil or water as needed for a smooth consistency.
- Plate whipped feta, top with fried olives, and garnish with za’atar and lemon zest.
