1–2 packs Freestyle Snacks Lemon Garlic Green Olives
6 oz feta
Olive oil
Za’atar seasoning
Lemon (zest and juice)
4 pieces of pita bread
HOW TO FREESTYLE IT
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Roughly chop olives, sauté with za’atar seasoning for 3 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Blend feta, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp water, lemon zest, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a food processor. Add more oil or water as needed for a smooth consistency.
Plate whipped feta, top with fried olives, and garnish with za’atar and lemon zest.
(Optional) Toast pita in olive oil until crispy, sprinkle with flaky salt, and serve alongside the dish.
