To make the fig balsamic vinaigrette, simply whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
Slice the ciabatta bread down the center.
On the bottom slice, add a generous drizzle of the fig balsamic vinaigrette. If needed, brush the vinaigrette to evenly distribute on the bread.
Add a layer of the halved green olives.
Add a single layer of the salami, then a single layer of the prosciutto.
Add a single layer of the brie, top with the fresh arugula, then drizzle once again with the fig balsamic vinaigrette. Add the top slice of bread, pressing down gently.
If using a single loaf of ciabatta, slice into individual sandwiches.
